30-Day Window
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Original Condition
Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached.
Free Exchanges
We offer free return shipping for all exchanges to ensure your little one gets the right fit!
How It Works
Request Your Return
Click the "Start a Return" button above or log into your account to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack It Up
Place the items back in their original packaging if possible. Print the prepaid shipping label we provide and attach it to your parcel.
Drop Off
Take your package to any authorized drop-off location for the carrier listed on your label.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days), we'll process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange items.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest hygiene standards for our customers, the following items cannot be returned:
- cancel Underwear and Bloomers
- cancel Swimwear (without hygiene seal)
- cancel Personalized or Custom Outfits
- cancel Sale Items (marked as Final Sale)
