Once you confirm the order and complete payment, we will dispatch your items and provide live tracking details on WhatsApp.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking link directly via WhatsApp. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery. If you need updates at any time, simply reply to our WhatsApp thread!
Returns and Exchanges
We process all return and exchange requests personally to ensure the best resolution. If you have an issue with your delivery or wish to exchange sizes, please message us on WhatsApp with photos of the item within 7 days of delivery.
